Jordan Boessling - Minister of Creative Communications and Community Connections

Jordan has served at Christ Lutheran since August of 2007. He originally started out in the area of family life ministry but has now transitioned into his new role as the Minister of Creative Communications and Community Connections, or the (MCC squared) as we like to call him. His primary areas of responsibility are: Sunday worship media, Children's messages, Kingdom Quest Sunday School, Service projects and Mission trips, Christ's Workshop, and the website.

Jordan was born and raised in Houston, Texas. His Mom and Dad, Judith & Ed, still reside there, while his younger brother Jacob and his wife Nicolette live in Arizona. Following high school Jordan received a B.A. in Education from Concordia University Wisconsin in 2003, and completed course work for his M.A. in Systematic Theology from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He went on to receive his D.C.E. certification in 2009 from Concordia University Texas.

Jordan is an avid sports fan, having played baseball in both high school and college. He also has helped coach at various levels. His other interests include home improvement projects, Longhorn athletics, County and Christian music, dining out, reading, traveling, and drawing.

His personal mission statement is the words of II Corinthians 2:2: "For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified."
